A GIF used to be one of those strange cartoony graphics that websites like AOL and Encarta used back in 1997. Retro!
Today’s GIFs are short moving pictures of people looking cool /silly /hilarious /awesome /offensive (delete as appropriate) and pop up all over Instagram and Twitter.
A regular photo booth takes 3 or 4 photos and then prints them out as a photo strip or postcard size picture. A GIF booth takes a quick burst of photos and turns them into either a 2-3 second Boomerang or a Stop Start GIF. The clip can then be shared to your phone, email and/or social media. As a .gif or .mp4 file.
Why should I have a GIF Booth at my wedding?
